NMPR Law Enforcement Stolen Property Search Portal

Recipero operates the NMPR (National Mobile Property Register) for law enforcement in the UK allowing them to search any properties unique serial number to ascertain owner detail and whether the item is recorded as stolen.

The information on the system is provided by Police crime reporting systems, insurers, trade bodies and the public via the Immobilise system.

Over 85,000 Police officers have access to the system and thousand of searches are run each week with an average 20% hit rate on stolen goods. This has resulted in many arrests and prosecutions and the return of thousands of pieces of property to the lawful owner.
